Package A - Race… Smarter Better Stronger!

Initial 3 months $390 BikeKing member ($480 non-member)
each following month $120 Bikeking member ($150 non-member)
All of Package B PLUS so much more!
Structure and direction of long term training blocks given 3 months in advance
Weekly program given in advance
Review of program as needed
Athlete work/lifestyle needs taken into account weekly to help better address the individual needs of the athlete.
Advice on nutritional requirements in lead up and post race circumstances
Wednesday morning session included

Package B – Be Race Fit!

Initial 3 months $240 Bikeking member ($300 non-member)
each following month $75 Bikeking member ($90 non-member)
Initial consultation to ascertain goals, medical history etc
Initial assessment of level of fitness through on-bike session testing
4 weekly program given in advance of block of training
Fortnightly review of heart rate files
Email contact with coach at any time with 48hour reply window
Instruction on group ride weekly with athlete/coach, specific to needs ie climbing technique, sprinting, efforts
Review of program monthly (unless special circumstances apply injury/illness)
Wednesday morning session included

Package C – Speed Workouts and more!

Monthly fee $45 BikeKing members ($60 non-members)
Wednesday morning 5.15am-6.45am - AB Coaching specific session.
AB to run Intermediate/Advanced session with specific goals. Variations of sessions to increase fitness and racing success. These sessions require individual attention. Intervals, speed work, sprinting and race tactics will be focused on throughout the sessions!

Consultation with AB can see you receive other services as well. Please contact AB (link-email) to discuss if you require any assistance. Type of services offered:
  • Individual sessions with AB. Working on specific techniques or drills.
  • Race specific training rides.
  • Scouting courses and highlighting key aspects of upcoming races. Can be done on an individual level or as a group. Keep an eye out and see if there are any upcoming scouting rides or contact AB individually.
  • Training Camps. Organised in small groups when interest is sought. Please contact AB if you are interested.
