BikeKing will conduct the bRunch ride in a lawful, orderly and safe manner. However, cycling on public roads is an inherently hazardous activity and may lead to serious injury or even death.
By attending the BikeKing bRunch ride you acknowldge that you are physically fit and are capable of completing a bike ride described above. Your attendance and participation in the bRunch ride also acknowledges that you undertake the ride at your own risk and that you release BikeKing, its partners and/or sponsors, its employees and agents from all claims, demands, causes of action for injury to person or property, or for death arising out of the your participation in the bRunch ride, regardless of when in the future said claims, demands, and injury to person or property, or death occurs.
